• Gift cards cannot be redeemed against other 3rd party offers or products or in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Can I use the gift card at any time?
• Yes you can. The gift card should be treated as a form of tender.
• Are there any additional costs when using the gift card?
• There are no additional costs to use your gift card.
• Can I top up my gift card?
• No you cannot top up your gift card.
• Can I use more than 1 card in the same transaction?
• Yes you can.
• Can I exchange the gift card for money?
• The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Can I get a refund if the gift card is no longer wanted?
• We cannot offer refunds on gift cards. More detail can be found in the terms and conditions on the reverse of the gift card.
• Does my gift card have an expiry date?
• Please check the terms and conditions on the reverse of your gift card.
• Do I need to use the full balance in one visit?
• No, you can retain your gift card and use for your next visit unless stated otherwise on the reverse of your card.
• Can I get the remaining balance in cash?
• We do not offer change in cash.
• Do I need to register my gift card first?
• We recommend that you register your gift card to get access to news, contests and offers from Samba Connects and the gift card brand.
• What happens if I lose my gift card?
• Please protect the card as if it were cash as the balance cannot be returned if lost or stolen.
• Can I check the balance on the gift card?
• If the balance is not shown when you enter the card number, please check the balance by asking in store.
